Position Summary:
Soliant is looking for a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our virtual education team supporting students across Massachusetts. This fully remote opportunity allows you to work from home while making a direct impact on student communication and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote speech and language therapy to K12 students

• Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation

• Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

• Engage students with creative, effective digital therapy tools

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current Massachusetts SLP license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• 2+ years of experience in school or pediatric settings

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency with teletherapy technology

• Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace
