We are looking for a full-time Care Navigator to assist members seeking mental health services through our digital platform. Our office is located in Westborough, MA and this position is a hybrid role with remote as a consideration.

About the Role:
- Review and process online requests for counseling and other services to connect clients to the appropriate care solution.
- Communicate with our members via phone, email, and messaging, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and empathy.
- Develop a deep understanding of services offered by KGA as well as resources available through members health insurance and within their communities.
- Escalate cases to Master-level counselors as clinically indicated.
- Provide case management and follow-up per KGA guidelines to ensure member satisfaction and case resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation of case work and communication with members.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field.
- 1-3 years of direct experience working with patients/clients in a mental health setting and diverse populations and backgrounds within the social work industry.
- Possess strong listening skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Ability to provide supportive care in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using various computer platforms and learning new systems and efficient in tech-related tasks.
- Motivation to go above and beyond to create a high-touch experience for KGA clients.
