Greet patients, answer phones, data entry. Registration and scheduling of patients appointments. Collect copays and outstanding outstanding balances. Verify insurance eligibility, obtain referrals, and prior authorizations. Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Float between two office locations in Worcester and Westborough. High school diploma or GED required. 1 year in a customer service role and or 1-year administrative experience in medical facility or related area preferred. Computer knowledge. People-oriented – warm, professional, and helpful attitude. Calm and collected under pressure. Ability to think critically and exercise sound judgement. Motivated and adaptable can effectively work alone or diligently with others. Receptive to change.
