We're looking for Mechanical Assemblers to work at a major electronics manufacturer in Westborough, MA.
- 1st Shift
- M-F with the possibility of overtime
- $22/hr depending on experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Mechanical Assemblers
- Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
- Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
- Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and work instruction processes.
- Identify hardware, wire assemblies, sheet metal and plastic components.
- Work with miniature to large components that may require visual magnification.
- Integrate electronic assemblies and cables into mechanical housings.
- Use various hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters, and pneumatic tools such as torque drivers, torque wrenches, and screwdrivers).
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- MUST HAVE GREAT ATTITUDE, STRONG WORK ETHIC AND A DESIRE TO GROW AND LEARN
- Punctuality and attendance is important
- Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing system
- Knowledge of IPC Component Identification preferred
- Must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift
- Ability to learn IPC-A-610
- Sense of urgency, successful at meeting deadlines
