Position: Therapist-PTA-Physical Therapist Assistant (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.

• Assist in evaluating patient needs and progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Track and report on individual performance metrics to meet company targets.

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to aid recovery.

• Adapt to a high-visibility work environment with measurable results.

• Contribute to a positive team environment while being accountable for personal success.

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure patient safety.

• Utilize company pipelines to identify and pursue potential growth opportunities.

Experience/Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with experience in physical therapy treatments.

• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

• Proficient in documenting patient progress with attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

• Adaptability to high-visibility work environments with measurable outcomes.

• Proven track record of achieving performance metrics and targets.
