Job Description
The Contracts & Supply Manager is responsible for maintaining commercial accounts, administering the bidding process, and tracking and ordering fuel inventory.
Contracts Management
• Administers the bidding process for commercial contracts an emergency deployment contracts.
• Maintains certifications on all state and federal contracts.
• Completes state and federal reporting requirements on all contracts won.
• Ensures all compliance reporting, includes sales reports, for the Operational Services Division is
complete and up to date.
• Finalizes and maintains all commercial and military contracts.
• Ensures throughput customers at Broco Terminals are properly maintained, including compliant
paperwork, licensing, and credential information.
• Ensures subcontractors for freight and deliveries are properly maintained, including compliant
paperwork, licensing, and credential information.
• Collaborates with Operations to coordinate delivery.
• Deploys on emergency response contracts as necessary.
Purchasing & Inventory
• Responsible for overseeing the purchase of distillate supply for fuel terminals and rail supply.
• Collaborates with Controller to set sale prices and profit margins on a daily basis.
• Prepares and maintains financial reports, tracking inventory and contract profit and loss.
• Monitors commodity inventory on a daily basis.
Billing
• Monitors tax requirements of commercial accounts to ensure interstate tax codes are adhered to.
• Collaborates with Billing to ensure pricing is accurate and customers are billed in a timely
manner.
• Performs other similar duties as required.
