We are seeking an exceptional Regional Flooring Quality Control Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing the customer experience. If you’re ready to build strong partnerships, lead training initiatives, and ensure quality standards across job sites, we want to hear from you!

Welcome to ACS: Commercial & Residential Flooring Specialists, where your expertise meets a vibrant community!

  • Work with the PRO Desk at stores to help contractors with sales, quotes, and installation questions.
  • Participate in store events to train associates and ensure everything in the showroom is in top shape.
  • Attend meetings with management to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.

Quality Control & Operations

  • Visit job sites to check that contractors are following our standards and doing high-quality work.
  • Help new contractors learn how to do the job properly by walking them through their first installation.
  • Inspect job sites based on customer feedback and work to fix any issues that come up, ensuring customers are satisfied.
  • Review complaints and approve small fixes; for larger issues, you’ll work with the VP to resolve them.
  • Ensure contractors follow environmental safety rules and have necessary certifications, such as Lead Safe Certification.
  • Take photos and videos during job site visits to document issues and share findings with the team.
  • Help with inventory checks and workroom meetings to keep everything running smoothly.

Additional Duties and Requirements:

  • Be available to work two Saturdays a month from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at stores.
  • You may need to be on-call after hours.
  • Be ready to cover other tasks when needed, such as helping with warehouse duties if a team member is unavailable.
