Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students ranging from Pre-K to Grade 12.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and adjust therapy plans to meet individual needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches that enhance student learning.
• Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations related to speech-language services.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in school-based settings, with comfort working across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educational teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying student needs within the school environment.
