Full-Time Fee-for-Service Adult Outpatient Hybrid Therapist
Location: Hybrid (Remote + Boston Area)
Start Date: April 2025. Onboarding and credentialing (approx. 2-3 month process) will begin ASAP January 2026.
Schedule: 1 day in-person, 4 days remote
Compensation: W-2 employment, fee-for-service
Estimated Annual Income: $78,000-$91,000 (based on the following assumptions)
- 46 working weeks per year
- 25-30 client sessions per week. This is flexible to be higher if wanted.
- Compensation for no show/late cancellations and for supervision
Green Hill Counseling is a small, client-centered therapy practice committed to ethical, supportive care and clinician well-being.
Join our growing group practice as a full-time fee-for-service therapist providing individual therapy to low-acuity adults. We're seeking an ethical, compassionate, and independently licensed clinician who values flexible scheduling, collaborative support, and minimal administrative burdens.
One in-person day. We are currently working to establish our Boston-area office (will be located in Dedham, MA)
Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD.)
- Experience with evidence-based treatment and treatment planning
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to ethical care
- Comfort managing your own schedule
- Must carry individual professional liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide individual outpatient sessions to adult clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans (Wiley Tx Planner provided)
- Attend paid weekly supervision and case consultation meetings
- Use provided templates for efficient documentation
- Participate in ongoing ethical and clinical collaboration
- Maintain adherence to a non-solicitation agreement
What We Offer

- Caseload: You’ll have flexibility to maintain a caseload between 25–35 clients per week, depending on your preference.

- Risk and crisis management guidance
- We will build your caseload and schedule your intakes
- Ramp-Up Period: Expect 2 months to grow to full caseload post-credentialing
