Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced nurses skilled in Operating Room Technology. Providing exceptional perioperative care, you will play a vital role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring patient safety.
Location: Quincy, MA

Schedule:
- Rotating Sunday through Saturday
- 36 to 40 hours per week
- Typically 3 twelve-hour shifts or 2 twelve-hour shifts plus 2 eight-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
- Assist surgical teams by passing instruments and supplies during procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Monitor patients before, during, and post-surgery to provide excellent care
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure smooth operations

- Proven experience in Operating Room Technology or related nursing skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure surgical environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
