Personal Best Physical Therapy was established 10 years ago with the mission of providing 1:1 care to patients and providing a supportive workplace for all staff members. Once acquired by Platinum Physical Therapy in 2024 after the passing of founder Chris Titcomb, the mission has continued on today with employee and patient wellness prioritized above all else. Located conveniently on Route 44 in Rehoboth, our clinic serves individuals across the lifespan looking for physical therapy for orthopedic, neurologic, and pelvic health concerns. What Youll Be Doing:
- One-on-One Care: Each patient gets 40 minutes of your undivided attention. No double-booking, ever.
- Patient Care & Treatment Plans: Manage your own caseload with a balance of evaluation and ongoing treatment.
- Collaborate & Learn: Participate in our structured mentoring program and monthly team meetings to continue your professional development.
- Community Engagement: Be part of our active, community-focused clinic. We host 1-2 marketing events per year to connect with the local population.
- Create Your Ideal Caseload: Whether you specialize in ACL rehab, concussion recovery, or treating CrossFit athletes, well support you in developing a caseload that aligns with your clinical passions and expertise.
What Were Looking For:
- A passionate PT who wants to deliver high-quality care without the pressure of productivity targets
- An active Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- New grads are welcome! Well provide mentorship and guidance to help you grow as a clinician
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture
