Job Description

We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers significant opportunities for advancement, comprehensive training, and excellent benefits starting from day one.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members in a physical role involving consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching. Individuals will be on their feet throughout the entire shift.
• Assist operators in checking product quality, monitoring production, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Work from bills of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions in the Foam department.
• Use a computer to adjust pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.
• Lay out final products and perform final assembly.
• Perform inspections to ensure the quality of products.
• Utilize hand tools and work off blueprints to manufacture products based on work orders.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area while adhering to safety regulations and clear daily production goals.

Essential Skills

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• One year of machine operating experience.
• Capability to read a tape measurer.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Trade school education.
• Experience in automotive or assembly environments.
• Blueprint reading skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
