Job Description

• Will implement process changes & other cost-out initiatives to reduce costs, minimize production lead time and improve quality/delivery performance.
• Will have 2 direct reports, plus mentor & coach project leaders and supervisors in the CI process.
• Responsible for conducting, leading & facilitating cross- functional Kaizen, Kaikaku & Six Sigma events

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in Aerospace or Automotive metal parts
• Must have 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement with additional leadership experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business related is required
• Black Belt Highly preferred!
