• End Date: April 11, 2026\n
• Duration: 13 weeks\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Shift: 12-hour shifts; Day/Night rotation (4 weeks each) or straight nights available\n
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday availability required\n
• Openings: 3 Med/Surg RN positions available\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780 - $1910\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience (Emergency Department RN experience preferred)\n
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Ability to work both day and night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday\n
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n
• Compliance with all healthcare onboarding requirements (background check, health screenings, immunizations, skills checklist, references, resume, education verification)\n

\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality patient care to boarder patients in the Emergency Department\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer medications and perform treatments as ordered\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care\n
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in the electronic medical record\n
• Educate and support patients and families, providing emotional support and health education\n
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
