Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Night Shift Emergency Department position in Massachusetts requiring a MA license and a minimum of two years' ED experience.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in an Emergency Department setting
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 pm–7:00 am, 36 hours per week
- Required to work every other weekend
- No on-call responsibilities
- Assignment is for 13 weeks
- Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible
- Team-based ED care environment
- Must complete facility-specific tele testing as part of onboarding
- First-time travelers will be considered
- Holiday shifts may be required as scheduled by the department
- Assignment requires strict adherence to immunization requirements
- A six-month break is required for returning former employees or travelers from any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility

- Active MA RN license required
- BSN required
- Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Department nursing experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC certification preferred
- Must pass medication test prior to facility start date
- 2025-2026 flu vaccine required by start; declinations not accepted unless a medical exemption is provided
- COVID vaccine and booster required, with medical exemptions allowed
- Must not have worked at any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility in the past six months
