Hotel Houseman / Houseperson – Newton, Massachusetts
 
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman (Houseperson) to join the housekeeping team at our hotel in Newton, MA. This is an in-hotel position supporting our room attendants and ensuring our property stays clean and guest-ready.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist room attendants with linen delivery and trash removal</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of hotel hallways, lobbies, and public areas</li>
<li>Respond to guest and housekeeping requests quickly and professionally</li>
<li>Help set up and break down meeting/event spaces (if applicable)</li>
<li>Replenish housekeeping carts and supply closets</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous hotel or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required</li>
<li>Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently</li>
<li>Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed</li>
