Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with elementary students in a full-time capacity. This position focuses on providing direct speech and language services, supporting young learners in their communication development within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
  • Provide consultation and strategies to classroom teachers to facilitate communication growth.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Candidates with Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification are encouraged to apply.

This full-time contract position involves 6.5 working hours per day, focusing on elementary school caseloads. Interviews are being scheduled immediately, reflecting the urgency to support student needs promptly.
