Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated specialist looking to make a meaningful impact within educational settings. This position involves working with a diverse K-12 population across two school sites in Brockton, MA, focusing on the needs of students one to two days a week.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in OT or related field.
  • Current state licensure as an OT.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, particularly K-8 students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and assessments relevant to children.

Location:

  • Brockton, MA, serving two school sites within a K-12 environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide OT services to students, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and assess IEP goals.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Implement therapeutic activities that promote fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school events as required.
