Now Hiring: CNC Mill-Lathe Machinist / Programmer (1st Shift)
? Greater Billerica Area | Full-Time | On-Site

Join a fast-paced, growing precision manufacturing team that serves multiple industries with a strong focus on stainless steel and high-temp alloy components. We’re looking for a hands-on CNC Machinist/Programmer with experience in multi-axis lathes and mills who can take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

? What You’ll Do:

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes/mills (multi-axis).
Machine parts from raw stock to finished components using advanced tools and techniques.
Interpret technical drawings and customer specifications to determine machining approach.
Set up machines, make trial cuts, and perform final finishing as needed.
Use measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, indicators, and CMM systems.
Apply trigonometry and shop math to ensure high-precision output.
Work with Fusion360 (preferred) or Mastercam for CAM programming.

? What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Team-oriented mindset and solid work ethic.
U.S. work authorization required.
