A healthcare opportunity is available for an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technician to support imaging services at a medical facility in Lynn, MA. This contract position focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a radiology setting with an emphasis on precision and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:
- Performing diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on interventional radiology techniques.
- Collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and accurate imaging results.
- Maintaining and operating radiology equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assisting with emergency patient management when necessary.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of medical-surgical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in critical care preferred.
- Proficient in IV placement and emergency response protocols.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts with a current BLS certification; ACLS certification is preferred.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 am to 5:30 pm).
- Patient care ratio approximately 1:2, managing a census of 1-2 patients.
