\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts or compact state eligible\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or IMCU experience\n
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – American Heart Association\n
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – American Heart Association\n
- EPIC EMR experience required\n
- Ability to float between ICU and IMCU units\n
- Availability for the full travel nursing assignment; no holiday or other time off approved\n
\n\nICU RN Responsibilities\n

- Deliver high-quality, compassionate critical care to ICU and IMCU patients\n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses\n
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical procedures\n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized patient care plans\n
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR\n
- Float between ICU and IMCU units as needed to support patient care\n
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
