Job DescriptionDonor Care Specialist / Phlebotomist (Travel Assignment)

Location: Hyannis, MA
Contract: 14 Weeks
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr (Travel)
Hours: 40 hrs/week

Schedule:
Rotating day shifts between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Occasional weekends/holidays.

Role Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Donor Care Specialist / Phlebotomist for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform donor screening and whole blood/therapeutic phlebotomy

• Collect and process blood specimens at donor centers and mobile drives

• Label, document, and enter donor data accurately

• Maintain quality, safety, and regulatory standards

• Manage donor care supplies and maintain clean work areas

• Support donor recruitment and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

Donor Care Specialist I

• High School Diploma/GED

• Prior phlebotomy experience

• BLS required; national phlebotomy certification preferred

• Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills

Donor Care Specialist II

• High School Diploma/GED

• 1+ year donor phlebotomy experience

• Knowledge of blood groups and donation procedures

• BLS required

• DPT (ASCP) or QDP (ASCP) certification required
