About the Role

As an IT Field Technician, you’ll be on the frontlines of our restaurant technology, ensuring smooth and reliable operations across the company. From network installations to troubleshooting and major rollouts, you’ll be the go-to expert who keeps our stores connected and running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Install and maintain networking systems across multiple restaurant locations

  • Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues

  • Handle new store IT set-ups, remodel rollouts, and equipment installations/removals

  • Perform updates, repairs, upgrades, and system backups

  • Manage and track IT tickets, ensuring timely communication and resolution

  • Support special IT projects and company-wide technology rollouts

  • Keep accurate documentation of inventory and stock used for repairs

  • Collaborate with the IT Director on cross-functional initiatives

  • Accurate, timely installations and store set-ups

  • Quick, clear support for restaurant teams

  • Reliable reporting and communication with leadership

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue prevention

What You Bring

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Solid customer service skills and a "problem-to-resolution" mentality

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and ticketing systems

  • 2+ years of networking or IT field experience

  • Restaurant operations experience a plus

  • Ability to travel frequently, including some out-of-state work

Work Environment

  • 95% Field-based – supporting restaurant operations (Car will be provided)

  • 5% Support Center-based – collaborating with the IT team
