• Provide assistance to customers, ensuring their experience is smooth and satisfactory.
• Stay current on required training to maintain high standards of service.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and support operational needs as required.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to address customer and team inquiries.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to complete documentation and organizational tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a neat and detail-oriented appearance.• A minimum of 1 year of experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
