Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Medical or Vascular ultrasound technician to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. Our patients are first responders/law enforcement enrolled in a cardiac wellness program. Dates can be scheduled in advance for technicians looking for extra income or flexible PRN work. Our teams work throughout the US. All travel expenses are paid by company. Professional liability coverage is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Carotid screenings - CIMT (outpatient setting, no call)
- Patient check in with vital signs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with carotid ultrasound
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- ARDMS Certification preferred
- BLS
