Millennium Precision is seeking new Team members to help in our manufacturing operations. We are a growing, employee focused, contract manufacturer of Precision Swiss style machined components for multiple markets. Current 1st shift positions are available. Compensation based on experience.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products through thorough inspections and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of machined components and assemblies using precision measuring instruments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Identify and document non-conformities and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and reports accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Inspector in a Swiss-style manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques, tools, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 quality management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CMM certification, Quality Control certification) are a plus.
