A registered nurse with emergency room expertise is sought for a critical access hospital environment specializing in ER and Medical-Surgical care. This role requires previous charge nurse experience and the ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, totaling 36 hours per week. The setting is a smaller hospital where teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with demonstrated ER nursing experience
- Prior charge nurse experience required
- Comfort and proficiency in a critical access hospital environment, balancing ER and MedSurg patient needs
- Ability to work night shifts consistently with strong situational awareness
