**Join Our Team as a Unit Manager: Lead with Care!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Take charge of nursing activities within your unit, ensuring the highest standards of care are met in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.\n- Serve as a role model, embodying positive attitudes and professional conduct.\n- Oversee the utilization and maintenance of essential nursing reference materials to meet residents' day-to-day care needs.\n- Collaborate with the Director of Social Services to create and enhance the Discharge Planning Program.\n- Participate actively in audits, surveys, and inspection processes to ensure compliance and quality care.\n- Lead weekly Wound Rounds, documenting progress and overseeing accurate matrices.\n- Manage Medicare documentation, shift notes, and behavior notes with the Team Leaders.\n- Conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs alongside Team Leaders.\n- Review MMQ documentation for compliance and monitor documentation by C.N.A.s.\n- Ensure seamless functionality of the unit, from supply ordering to staff orientation and competency testing.\n- Organize regular unit meetings to encourage effective communication among all shifts.\n- Participate in ongoing Quality Assurance Programs to enhance nursing services.\n- Join various committees to contribute to facility improvements and nursing service recommendations.\n- Work with Staff Planner to fill open positions, ensuring a high-quality team.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
