Fritz Quality Autobody is seeking a skilled and motivated Autobody Collision Technician to join our growing team. We are a busy, customer-focused collision repair center known for high-quality workmanship, integrity, and efficient service. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform collision repairs according to OEM and industry standards
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for body repair
• Repair, replace, and restore damaged body parts
• Conduct structural and non-structural repairs
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of repairs
• Work collaboratively with estimators and shop management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of collision repair experience preferred
• Strong understanding of frame, structural, and cosmetic repair processes
• Ability to use repair tools, welding equipment, and shop machinery
• I-CAR certifications (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
