ABOUT THIS DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S SERVICES JOB
This is a full-time human services position based in Assonet, MA. The role requires flexibility, with hours determined by program needs, leadership meetings, and strategic initiatives.
As the Director of Children's Services, you will be responsible for the overall administration and strategic direction of Crystal Springs' Children's Services Division. You will oversee program operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest standards of care. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will facilitate communication between the Children's Services Division and organizational leadership, ensuring alignment with Crystal Springs' mission and long-term goals. Your responsibilities will include budget management, payroll oversight, and identifying areas for financial improvement. Additionally, you will lead growth initiatives, developing new programs, securing funding, and fostering partnerships to enhance service offerings.
Would you excel in this Director of Children's Services position? Here's what you need:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in children's residential schools or human services programs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong skills in program development, financial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership
- Strategic mindset with a passion for expanding and improving services for children with developmental disabilities
A master's degree in human services, healthcare, education, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred. An LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC is also a plus!
