<p>We are seeking a Mold Maker/Manufacturing Technician. The primary responsibilities will be to build, repair, and modify molds using CNC/manual machines while ensuring precision and quality standards are met.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manual machining equipment</li>
<li>Repair and modify existing molds using using CNC and manual machining equipment</li>
<li>Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds for repair and evaluation</li>
<li>Review and interpret drawings and models</li>
<li>Operate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and other manual/CNC equipment</li>
<li>Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges) to ensure tight tolerance machining and final fitting</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company and industry safety standards</li>
<li>Perform other Tool Room-related duties as assigned</li>
