South Shore Vision Care is a patient-centered eye care practice seeking a Front Desk / Optical Frame Stylist with a strong sales background, a confident presence, and an extremely friendly personality. This position splits time between front desk responsibilities and assisting patients in our optical department with frame and lens selection.

Responsibilities
Front Desk:
- Warmly greet patients and create a positive first impression
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
- Verify insurance and collect copays
- Support smooth daily office operations
Optical / Frame Stylist:
- Confidently assist patients with frame selection based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
- Present and explain lens options and upgrades in a clear, friendly manner
- Drive optical sales while maintaining excellent patient care
- Enter optical orders accurately
- Adjust, fit, and dispense eyewear
- Ensure patient satisfaction from selection to pickup
Qualifications
- Strong sales or retail background required (optical experience a plus)
- Confident communicator with an outgoing, friendly demeanor
- Comfortable making recommendations and closing sales
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Optical experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
