The successful candidate will oversee the sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and drive revenue growth in our automotive dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Set individual and team sales goals
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues
- Monitor market trends and competition
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
