Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at an elementary school in Quincy, MA, supporting a preschool program in a single building setting. This contract position extends through the current school year, with the potential for extension.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP certificate required
- Open to Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (SLP CF)
- Experience working with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
- Skilled in supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities, including complex learning needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of preschool students with varying needs
- Utilize AAC strategies effectively to support communication development
- Manage a caseload that will grow throughout the year, potentially reaching approximately 30 students
- Deliver services approximately 6 hours per day, 4 days a week, with the possibility of increasing to 5 days per week depending on program needs

- Billerica, MA (preschool program housed within the school building)
Contract Details:
- Current contract end date: December 23, 2025
- Possible contract extension to June 16, 2026 if no direct hire occurs
