Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining the operational efficiency of our imaging department.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate imaging requisitions to perform accurate diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient identification and safety throughout imaging processes.
- Assess and support patients' physical and emotional needs, providing clear explanations about examinations and radiation exposure.
- Practice ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions to maintain the proper functioning of imaging devices.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining daily departmental operations.
- Complete accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and regulations.
- Participate in meetings and pursue ongoing professional development.
Essential Skills
- 1 year of imaging experience.
- Proficiency in X-ray, Radiology, Imaging, and Epic systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- An Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology.
- MA Radiographer license and ARRT certification.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
