Job Description
The Plant Manager will lead all manufacturing operations at the Raynham facility, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. This role will oversee a multidisciplinary team including Plant Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Facilities, Plant Supervisors, Machine Shop Operations, and Lean/Continuous Improvement experts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for plant operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer expectations.
· Lead and develop direct reports across engineering, EHS, facilities, production, and lean functions.
· Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the plant.
· Drive operational efficiency through lean manufacturing principles and data-driven decision-making.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and HR to optimize plant performance.
· Manage budgets, KPIs, and capital projects to support growth and operational excellence.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
· 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a plant management or senior operations role.
· Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing lean manufacturing initiatives.
· Strong understanding of EHS regulations, facilities management, and engineering processes.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
