NEONATAL CARE
Job Title: RN – Neonatal
Rate: Up to $2450.00 weekly
Location: Worcester, MA
Night Shift (12H) (7P - 7:30A)
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience
- Prefer a minimum of five (2) years neonatal experience in level 3 or 4 NICU
- EPIC experience required
- Comfortability in the OR preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
- Conditional License ok.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
Key Responsibilities
Assessing and monitoring newborns: Checking vital signs, breathing, heart rates, and fluid levels.
Administering medications and treatments: Providing necessary medications and treatments as prescribed.
Providing specialized care: Offering care for infants with medical complications, including ventilator support and phototherapy.
Supporting families: Offering emotional support and guidance to families during a difficult time.
Collaborating with healthcare teams: Working closely with doctors, respiratory therapists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care.
Ensuring infection control: Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in the neonatal unit or nursery.
