What you'll do:
• Be at the forefront of designing and developing electrical systems for diverse product lines.
• Champion innovative design concepts focused on energy reduction and enhanced features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, and controls vendors.
• Execute product safety testing and perform FMEA to ensure top-tier quality.
• Create and maintain essential documentation, including schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Dive into IoT implementation with our Middleby Open Kitchen platform.
What we're looking for:
• Minimum 2-year degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks and Medusa are a plus!).
• Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive mindset with initiative, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
