Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with SLP-CCC and SLP School certification is needed for a K-12 public school setting in Cambridge, MA. This is a contract position for the upcoming school year, providing an excellent opportunity to support student communication development in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to improve communication skills and academic performance
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation as needed

Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid SLP School Certification for the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills for a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
