Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on a inspector on 1st shift. This is a temp to hire position, with full time hours!
Position: Inspector
Hours: 6:30am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday
Pay: $21.75 hour Depending on prior experience
Position Summary:
Responsible for the thorough inspection of molded parts to ensure they meet quality standards. This role also includes occasional operation of molding machines and general support of production activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect molded parts visually and dimensionally using blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Identify defects such as surface blemishes, incorrect dimensions, or inconsistencies

Record inspection data in appropriate forms and/or MeasurLink

Report scrap, quality issues, or unusual conditions to technicians or supervisors immediately

Maintain personal production and quality standards

Occasionally operate injection molding and blending machines

Fill machine hoppers and mix raw materials as needed

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Cross-train and assist in other production areas as required
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

Minimum 1 year of inspection experience

Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

Good hand dexterity and ability to handle small parts
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to lift 25–55 lbs occasionally and 10–25 lbs frequently
-
Standing or sitting for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per day)
-
Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $21.75 per hour
