Job DescriptionWe are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team operating in the Detail Oriented Services industry in Marlboro, Massachusetts. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will hold the responsibility of managing reception, handling data entry tasks, and providing general office assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Handle reception duties, providing a welcoming and detail oriented atmosphere
• Answer and appropriately redirect inbound calls
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed
• Provide general office assistance as needed
• Monitor and manage packets and other office materials
• Ensure a smooth workflow by resolving any arising issues promptly and efficiently.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar, detail-oriented role within the services industry
• Proven ability to effectively manage and respond to a high volume of inbound calls
• Demonstrable experience in the preparation and distribution of packets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients and staff
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using office management software, including email tools, spreadsheets, and databases
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Office Administration is a plus
• A friendly and detail-oriented demeanor, as this is a front-facing role often providing the first impression of the company to clients and visitors
• A strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Willingness to assist in various office duties as needed, including but not limited to, meeting room setup, catering arrangements, and office maintenance tasks.
