<li>2 recent Charge RN/Manager RN references within the specialty</li>
<li>Completed Skills Checklist matching specialty</li>
<li>Active NH or Compact RN license required at the time of submission</li>
<li>BLS &amp; ACLS certifications (must be current)</li>
<li>Must successfully pass a Dysrhythmia exam with a minimum score of 80% during onboarding</li>
<li>NURSYS license verification report required, covering all active RN licenses</li>
<li>RTO (Requested Time Off) must be provided at the time of submission</li>
<li>EMR Experience: Cerner preferred (not required)</li>
