Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized occupational therapy services during the Extended School Year (ESY) program for K-12 students in a public school setting. This contract opportunity is based in Winchester, MA, and focuses on supporting student growth and development throughout the ESY duration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions tailored to students educational and developmental needs during ESY.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy strategies.
  • Assist students in improving communication and motor skills to enhance classroom participation and daily functioning.
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school-based therapy regulations and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Eligibility for Massachusetts Occupational Therapy licensure.
  • Strong commitment to working within a school environment.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals.
  • Passion for fostering student communication and functional skills development.
