Warehouse & Production Associate (Multiple Shifts Available)
Location: Boston, MA
Languages: English & Spanish
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on role, experience, and shift)
Available Shifts
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday–Friday (Shipping / Forklift, Weighing Clerk)
- 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM | Sunday–Thursday (Production)
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Warehouse & Production Associates to support shipping, production, and food weighing operations in a fast-paced facility. This position may involve forklift operation, food production support, order preparation, and accurate weighing and documentation of product. Candidates must be comfortable working on their feet and following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (for shipping roles)
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished products
- Support production line operations, including packing and handling food products
- Accurately weigh food products and record measurements
- Prepare orders for shipment and verify accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all food safety, quality, and company procedures
Requirements
- Warehouse, production, or forklift experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (for shipping roles)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Work Environment
- Warehouse and food production setting
- May include refrigerated or temperature-controlled areas
- Morning and evening shifts available
