We are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician I to provide day-to-day technical support to our team and communities. In this role, you’ll help troubleshoot technology issues, assist with system maintenance, and ensure a positive experience for end users.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of IT support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. A high school diploma is required, with technical certifications considered a plus. Reliable transportation and the ability to occasionally lift equipment are also needed.
