Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 8am-5pm


Estimated Annual Salary Range: $60,000.00-$80,000.00; base hourly rate & monthly bonus


In this role, you will:

• Look up parts for service technicians, service advisors and sales advisors
• Help retail customers over the phone, retail parts counter and also email/ parts websites
• Take phone orders from wholesale parts customers
• Receive parts from factory and outside vendors, unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves when needed
• Stock accessory displays and cleaning them when necessary
• Process warranty parts and returning them to factory when needed
• Scrap warranty parts not needed for returns when needed
• Ship out parts orders with local drivers, UPS, FedEx and LTL freight carriers
• Pull and ship back manufacture returns
• Perpetual inventory

Requirements:

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Automotive dealership parts or technician experience
  • Strong communication skills including professional phone etiquette
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Dependable
  • Self-motivated and results driven with a positive team-player attitude
  • Enjoy challenges and interacting with a variety of people and situations
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction
  • DealerTrack knowledge is a plus but not required. Will train
  • Prior Hazardous shipping experience is a plus but not required. Will train
  • Ability to work in a close team environment as well as independently
  • Experienced online sales a plus
