Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 educational institution in Brockton, MA is seeking a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students communication development throughout the academic school year. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse student population in a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to integrate speech therapy goals within the classroom setting.
Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments to therapy plans.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain compliance with state and district regulations.

Qualifications:

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Valid Massachusetts School Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain.
Experience providing school-based speech therapy services, preferably within K-12 settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, staff, and families.
Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and with attention to individualized student needs.
