Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to K12 students throughout school districts in Massachusetts. This fully remote opportunity allows you to deliver essential OT services from home, supporting students in achieving greater independence and success in their academic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals

• Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions focused on fine motor, sensory processing, and functional school-based skills

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams to support student development

• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state standards

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Massachusetts OT license

• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and technology

• Reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace
