The Scheduler will be responsible for the management of all scheduling tasks related to patient visits and services.

Responsibilities of the Scheduler:
- Completes all scheduling tasks in a timely manner
- Adjusts patient scheduling as requested to meet patient needs
- Ensures accurate scheduling based on staff availability and agency territories
- Maintains knowledge of requirements based on Medicare regulations and other payer sources (timely admissions, Home Health Aide supervisory visits, re-certs, insurance authorizations, etc.)
- Utilizes electronic medical record (EMR) for accurate patient information, scheduling notes, visit types, etc.
- Maintains staff time off calendar
- Fields scheduling phone calls
Qualifications for the Scheduler:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years' experience in an administrative role in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) required
- Proof of Flu vaccination
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Physical exam within the last year
- Two-step TB test
