\n\nER RN Qualifications and Requirements\n

- Active Compact Registered Nurse License (RN license) required at submission\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent hospital experience (Emergency Room nursing preferred)\n
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, CPI\n
- Ability to float to other hospital units as needed\n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n

- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department\n
- Perform advanced ER nursing procedures and respond to critical situations\n
- Document patient care accurately using Expanse system\n
- Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and unit secretaries in a dynamic clinical environment\n
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and emergency nursing guidelines\n
- Float to other units as required to support hospital operations\n
- Promote a positive patient experience and uphold safety standards\n
